Server down? Can't log in

Hi!

I’ve been running into issues when trying to log into my textada.space – it looks like this:

(psycopg2.OperationalError) connection to server at “customers-postgres” (172.18.0.97), port 5432 failed: FATAL: sorry, too many clients already (Background on this error at: Error Messages — SQLAlchemy 1.4 Documentation)

Should I just wait a bit and try again later?

Update 2: Again unable to log in since yesterday evening.

Hey Lewin,

thank you for letting us know.
We’re working on a solution but unfortunately it’s a larger problem.
We hope to have the instances reliably running by tomorrow again. :slight_smile:

Hey Lewin,

we have a quick fix running by just now (10 minutes ago), so it should work reliably again.
We hope to have the problem permanently fixed by tuesday.
